Why the Uvero Alto Beach?
Uvero Alto beach, the area still has plenty of deserted stretches of idyllic beach, and the areas outside of the resorts and hotels are relatively undeveloped. The handful of resorts, however, offer all-inclusive luxury, with the main focus, of course, being the fantastic white-sandy beach, backed by swaying palm trees and coconut groves.
In Uvero Alto, the hotels and resorts offer an extensive range of facilities and activities, with all manner of water-sports available to guests, including windsurfing, sailing and kayaking. The coral reef offers perfect conditions for snorkelling, with many of the hotels offering free equipment, and the resort is a great place to learn to scuba-dive. Other activities to enjoy whilst staying at the hotels in Uvero Alto are tennis, table-tennis, archery, volleyball, exercise classes and horse-riding, with some resorts even offering a good choice of educational classes, such as cooking, painting and Spanish language lessons.
There is little else surrounding the secluded Uvero Alto resort, and nowhere else to eat or shop, so visitors tend to enjoy the restaurants and, in particular, the buffets supplied in the hotels as part of the all-inclusive deals.
