Once the reservation has been paid for, the following cancellation policy applies: - Period: December 22 through January 5. Reservations cancelled 8 days or more before the intended arrival date will receive full refunds less an administration fee equivalent to 3% of the paid amount, with a minimum of USD 20 (or equivalent in the currency in which the reservation was made). - Cancelations made 7 days before arrival will receive no refund and will be charged the full reservation fee. No refund or credit - Period: January 6 through April 30 and from July 1 through August 31. Reservations cancelled 5 days or more before the intended arrival date will receive full refunds less an administration fee equivalent to 3% of the paid amount, with a minimum of USD 20 (or equivalent in the currency in which the reservation was made). Cancelations made 4 days before arrival will be charged for two nights.- Period: All other dates. Reservations cancelled 2 days or more before the intended arrival date will receive full refunds less an administration fee equivalent to 3% of the paid amount, with a minimum of USD 20 (or equivalent in the currency in which the reservation was made). Reservations cancelled 1 day before arrival will be charged for two night. - Early check out: 50% of the total unused nights p/room. - If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date of your expected check-in, we will refund you the total amount paid for the reservation minus: (Period: December 22 through January 5 Deadline: Penalty: full charges from reservation apply. | Payment Policy: |
| Reservations require payment in advance. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of making the reservation. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD. Your bill will read: www.ctnres.com. The total charges include all room charges and taxes, as well as access and booking fees. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between the guest and the facility. Hotels will provide accommodation to the person under whose name the reservation was made (“lead passenger”) and to the accompanying persons according to the exact number of adults and children booked into each room. The lead passenger must be present at the time of check-in. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Reservations are guaranteed for late arrivals.
Accommodation is usually available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel. In the event that the number of persons arriving to the hotel does not correspond to the number indicated during the reservation process, or in the event that children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see "Children Policy"), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel. |
