Cancellation Policy: |
Once the reservation has been paid for, the following cancellation policy applies: - Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more before the intended arrival date will be refunded the total amount minus an administration fee equivalent to 3% of the paid amount, with a minimum of USD 20 (or equivalent in the currency in which the reservation was made). - Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours of the expected check-in date will be refunded the total amount paid less the cost of the first night of the intended stay. - If a guest does not arrive at the hotel on the date of the expected check-in, a refund will be granted of the total amount paid for the reservation minus the cost of the first night of the intended stay as a no-show charge. Refunds must be requested in writing within 60 days of the date of the intended stay at the hotel. Once this period has passed, no refunds will be made. Refunds will not be made to credit cards other than the one used for the booking. Refunds may also be processed via wire transfer, in which case any bank charges or fees will be deducted from the refundable amount. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving the refund request and required information. |

Payment Policy: |
| Reservations require payment in advance. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of making the reservation. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD. Your bill will read: www.ctnres.com. The total charges include all room charges and taxes, as well as access and booking fees. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between the guest and the facility. Hotels will provide accommodation to the person under whose name the reservation was made (“lead passenger”) and to the accompanying persons according to the exact number of adults and children booked into each room. The lead passenger must be present at the time of check-in. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Reservations are guaranteed for late arrivals. Accommodation is usually available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel. In the event that the number of persons arriving to the hotel does not correspond to the number indicated during the reservation process, or in the event that children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see "Children Policy"), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel. |

Child Policy: |
Children between one (1) and 1.99-years-old are free. Children rates (usually a 50% discount) apply to those between the ages of 2 and 11.99-years-old, and only when sharing a room with two adults. Children between 2 and 11.99-years-old sharing a room with one (1) adult must be booked as adults (double or twin). Children 12 years of age or older are considered adults. |
